- You can return any product within 14 days starting from the delivery date.
- You do not need to provide any reason to make the return valid, but we will be grateful if you let us know what was wrong with your order.
- You will get your money back within 5-14 days.
- Your payment will be returned via the same method, by which the payment has been made.
HOW I PROCEED WITH THE RETURN?
- Fill the Return Form (if the form was missing in the package you can download it here).
- Pack the goods (we will be more than happy if you will send the product back in the original box/wrapping) together with the filled return form and the original invoice.
